The apartments are so wonderfully made, very attractive, and the vinyl hardwood is an entirely welcome addition - we hate carpet The property staff is SO great - both Kims treated us so well, the new addition, Ashley, is wonderful, too. Noise does seem to carry from some neighbors, but the office really does care, and helped solve that quickly, thank you , so that's the only issue we've ever had Repairs are made quickly and wonderfully The entire Westover staff has really impressed us. We'd love to stay for as long as we can, even though our rent increased last year - but the attentive staff and apartment both make it worth the current price point, at least. Truly the best place we've ever lived, with the best management

Pet Policy

We do allow dogs and cats in our apartment communities. Our policy is as follows: 1. Only 2 pets are permitted in each apartment or townhomes. 2. A Pet Agreement and Fee will be required for each pet : Monthly Pet Rent: Dog - ($50/mo) & Cats ($20/mo) 3. We do have a breed restriction list for Dogs : Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Bull Terriers and Pit Bull Terriers, German Shepherds / Belgian Malinois, Mastiffs, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Great Dane, Siberian Husky, Dalmatian, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso Breed determined is based on Veterinary documentation. If documentation states a mixed breed and does not list a restricted breed, the pet may be accepted ex. Lab Mix - allowed; Pit Mix - not allowed 4. We do require a picture and vet records of the pet or working animal. 5. Service animal or emotional support animal to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the purpose of aiding that person are not considered "pets."
